How to recover deleted text messages from Samsung Galaxy Note 4/3/2?

1. How to recover my text messages?
I have an samsung galaxy Note 4 and I accidentally deleted all my text messages how can I recover them back please tell me there is a way I didn't have a chance to save some photos - Gavin E

2. How can I recover text messages I've deleted?
I have an orange samsung note 4, if that makes and difference. I sent my friend a text saying I couldn't make it to her party and explaining why, but she hasn't received it. I know I sent it but I've deleted it. Is there any way I can retrieve it? I just can't be bothered to argue with her, so if I had the text message back with the time I sent it then it would save me loads of problems. - Geek
